Uncover a huge cache of cannabis behind a “false wall” in the garage

A man has been arrested after police in Bolton uncovered a large quantity of cannabis drying up behind a false wall in a garage.

Officers conducted a search in the Smith Lane area of ​​Egerton this morning, where they discovered a “significant amount” of Class B drugs drying up in baskets.

They also found evidence of a “modern” cannabis farm, with ventilation, lighting and irrigation.

In a Facebook post, Greater Manchester Police, Bolton North, said they had arrested an adult man who is currently awaiting an interview in custody.

Police shared a number of photos of the hideout

They also shared photos of the bumper discovery, which the Bolton North Neighborhood team found hidden behind a false wall inside an outdoor garage. The photos show heaps of cannabis drying up in mesh baskets.

Evidence of a cannabis plantation was also revealed
