Travis Parker, drummer for rock band Blink-182 and husband of reality TV star Kourtney Kardashian, has been hospitalized with an undisclosed medical problem.
The musician went to West Hills Hospital and Medical Center near Calabasas on Tuesday morning after experiencing a health scare, TMZ first reported. Then an ambulance took him to Cedars-Sinai Medical Center in Los Angeles for additional care.
Parker’s representatives did not immediately respond to The Times’ request for comment.
TMZ photos showed medical staff transporting Parker on a stretcher with Kardashian, wearing a black jacket and track pants, walking alongside him.
On the morning of his admission to the hospital, Parker tweeted, “God save me.” However, it’s unclear if this post, as of 10:45AM PT, is related to his medical issues.
Parker’s 16-year-old daughter, Alabama, Loella Parker, asked her followers to “please send your prayers” in an Instagram story posted on Tuesday night.
In 2018, Parker was hospitalized and readmitted due to blood clots in each arm, according to People magazine. In addition to clots, he had staph infection and cellulitis, a bacterial infection that can cause swelling, inflammation, and pain.
Speaking to Men’s Health in 2021, the drummer said a 2008 plane crash put him in the hospital with third-degree burns on 65% of his body. He said the accident, in which four of the six passengers were killed, prompted him to quit the prescribed medications.
Parker has been in the public eye lately due to his romance with Kardashian.
The couple, after dating for several months in 2021, tied the knot in May with a lavish wedding ceremony in Portofino, Italy. Their relationship is closely documented in Hulu’s new reality series “The Kardashians”.
Away from Kardashian-related affairs, Parker hosted the 94th Academy Awards and collaborated with intern Jxdn on two songs dedicated to late TikTok star Cooper Noriega.
