Kourtney Kardashian’s trainer reveals her exact weekly workout routine that’s super intense

With the help of her trainers, the Keeping Up With the Kardashians star has perfected her workout routine, and you might want to tune in.

She maintains her treadmill routine

Kourtney is exploring the full potential of her treadmill.

Instead of just a basic jog, the businesswoman has a few moves she makes while walking on her fitness machine.

There are four exercises on the machine that trainer Joel Buraima does by Courtney:

  • Switching side steps, done at 1.5 and 3 mile speeds for 30-second intervals
  • Side steps with a resistance band above her knees, done at 1 and 2 mph for 30-second intervals
  • Walk incline 10-15% at 3.5 mph while holding dumbbells and shadow boxing for 30-second intervals
  • Alternating 10 kettlebell squats and 30 seconds of walking backward at a 10-15% incline for five minutes

It creates time for high intensity interval training

Kourtney turns to more than one treadmill to maintain her shape.

Her other trainer, Amanda Lee, revealed the circuit training moves the mother of three is doing to keep fit.

Her routine includes three sets of squats, lunge jumps, mountain climbers, push-ups, jumps, jumps, and jacket planks.

When it’s time for vacation, Kourtney doesn’t stop exercising.

During a trip to Egypt, Kourtney shared that even without a gym, she was able to stick to her workout goals.

Along with participating in the strength walks, Kourtney shared with E!: “I did 200 chair squats to maintain my hamstrings, glutes, and quads. Just pretend you’re about to sit in a chair and emerge standing during the core.”

Speaking to E! Kourtney said of her workout journey: “I think I take time for myself now to exercise every single day, which I never did—especially having three little kids.

“I never made it a priority, and now it makes me feel so much better – mentally and physically, just to really take that time.”
