Kevin Feige confirms Marvel Studios’ return to San Diego Comic-Con

Marvel returns to Hall H.

As ScreenRant producer Ash Crossan reported during a press conference for Thor: Love and Thunder, Marvel President Kevin Feige confirmed that Marvel Studios will attend Comic-Con in July when the event returns in person to San Diego.

The comeback is big news, or rather it’s going to bring big news, as Marvel Studios mostly skipped Comic-Con when the event took place almost as well due to the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic. Marvel also skipped previous years, including 2018 though Marvel returns a year later in 2019.

As Marvel nears the end of Phase 4, Feige has scored to say the next big saga for the MCU will be revealed in the “coming months.” What better place to reveal it than in the famous Hall H at Comic-Con?

Marvel Cinematic Universe: Every upcoming movie and TV show

The reveal of Phase 5 would make sense given that Marvel revealed most of Phase 4 the last time it was at Comic-Con in 2019. That included revealing movies like Black Widow, Shang-Chi, Eternals, Fantastic 4, and Blade, as well as MCU programming. TV shows such as WandaVision and Loki.

There’s still plenty in Phase 4 including the new Black Panther, Ant-Man and the Wasp, Guardians of the Galaxy, Captain Marvel, and the Fantastic Four on the roster as well as shows like She-Hulk, Secret Invasion, Ironheart, and Armored Wars.

But aside from the multiverse and Kang the Conqueror, the grand plot of Phase 4 has yet to be revealed, although Feige says hints for the next story are already available.
