‘Siva, Jermaine and Jon-Allan are all healthy guys but all individually black and had heat stroke.

‘James’ problems with his feet were also terrible. He was in agony as the infection took hold due to the wet boots and he was suffering for months now.

Filming for the Thailand series is due to wrap up soon with the show airing next year.

The season’s line-up was confirmed at the start of the month, with 16 celebrities signing up to take part.

As confirmed by MailOnline, James agreed to take part after losing 14 stone following his life-saving stomach surgery.

Before his accident during filming, a source exclusively revealed that James was ‘determined’ to make it to the end of the course and wanted to prove he was capable of tackling the most grueling TV show after previously speaking about his struggle with drug addiction, depression and overeating.
